Receive and activate
After payment and order preparation, your unique activation link is sent to the email used at checkout. Open the link on the Google account you want to use and confirm the offer.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we manually prepare your order. We aim to send your activation link within 24 hours to the email used at checkout. Once the link is delivered, it must be redeemed within 24 hours of delivery.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.

3-Month Activation Warranty

If your activated subscription stops working during the first 3 months because of a qualifying issue with the activation entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL, contact us and we will investigate.

Where the warranty applies, we will first provide an appropriate replacement where reasonably possible. If an appropriate replacement cannot reasonably be provided, an appropriate refund will be provided.

The warranty generally does not cover

an ineligible account
activation on the wrong Google account
an unsupported region
failure to redeem within 24 hours of delivery
VPN or location circumvention
Google account suspension
spam, abuse, fraud, or policy violations
voluntary cancellation
account changes that make the promotion ineligible

This commercial warranty does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

What do I receive?

You receive one unique activation link for Google AI Pro for the plan you purchased: 12 months or 18 months. Google AI Pro includes 5 TB Google One storage and expanded access to the Gemini app, including Pro models and features, subject to Google's current plan limits. The link is delivered digitally to the email used at checkout.

Is it activated on my own Google account?

Yes. You open the activation link and complete activation directly on your own eligible personal Google account.

Do you need my Google password?

No. SmartPlansIL never asks for or receives your Google password. You sign in directly on Google's website during activation.

When will I receive my activation link?

What if I already have Google One or Google AI Pro?

The promotion is not stackable, and an existing subscription may affect eligibility. If you currently have or recently had Google One or Google AI Pro and are unsure whether your account is eligible, contact us before purchasing.

Is the subscription stackable?

No. Do not purchase it expecting the promotional duration to be added to the end of another promotional subscription.

What if I open the link on the wrong Google account?

Do not open the link until you are signed into the Google account you intend to use. These links are unique and single-use, and an unsuccessful attempt on an ineligible or incorrect account may consume or invalidate the link.

I used a similar promotional offer before. Can I still use this?

Previous use of the same or a similar Google promotional offer may affect eligibility. If you have used a similar offer before and are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

What if the activation link does not work?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, checkout email, and the exact error you received. If available, attach a screenshot so we can investigate faster.

What does the 3-month warranty cover?

Will I need to provide proof if activation fails?

Start by sending your order details and the error you received. We may ask for a screenshot or, where reasonably necessary, a short unedited screen recording showing the activation attempt and Google's error message.

Never include passwords, payment details, recovery codes, or verification codes.
